9K a year 6 days ago 6 days ago 6 days ago Meyer Utility Structures, an Arcosa company, is searching for a talented team player to fill the open position of Inventory Clerk Bolthouse in our Steele, AL, location.
The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of material to meet the schedule.
This position will also evaluate cycle counts, monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, analyze transactions, and support production.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Receive all incoming purchased stock hardware (including tubing and angle) into Jobscope and place it into the proper location.
Once items are received, notate and sign the packing list and turn it into accounts payable.
Perform daily issues, pull and pack bolt shipments, then enter issues into Jobscope on a regular basis.
Perform weekly cycle counts as directed by the materials manager in accordance with cycle count procedures for stock items b, and report results to the materials manager by the last day of each week.
Perform an annual physical inventory of b items as directed by the materials manager.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the stock room.
SKILLS High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) Prefer Minimum one-year related experience and/or training.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 8 to 12 hours of sitting, standing, walking & squatting.
Ability to carry up to 50 pounds Ability to function in walking through an industrial welding facility shop environment (wearing appropriate PPE).
Exposure to magnetic fields while in-plant facility.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
